Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps are secure to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
